Catching up!

Hey there stranger! I know, I know, it has been a while I shared a little behind the scenes of all that’s going on with Life by Pictures. After my last blog post, I transitioned the blog to the same host as my website to give all of you a cleaner look without any ads or bulky content. That move, however, took longer than expected. Once the blog was all set up, I had also moved my client gallery where you would be able to download and share from your session. This new website (client.lifebypictures.com) is amazing and much more visually appealing but also packs a lot of great features that had been requested by clients.

It has been a crazy busy spring with photography, as well as, personally. I wanted to share a couple sessions from couple months ago and start catching back up sharing a little bit from most of my recent sessions.

The first I wanted to share was a newborn session with the Young family. The last time I had taken family photos of the Young family, we just found out about expecting another addition to the family and I was honored to be asked then to take some photos when the time came. Baby Isla was so sweet just letting us move her around to get the photos we wanted. Here are a couple from our newborn session.

The next day, I was asked to take pictures for Colton's one year photos. He is probably the happiest kid I have had opportunity to photograph. Not even once during our session did he give me anything less than a big smile. We spent some time at the Baxter's home before heading out to a local park.

Thanks for checking out this "sorry for being away" blog post and I hope you enjoyed some photographs from recent sessions. The summer is already scheduled to be busy but I will get back on regular posting schedule with post from recent sessions, photography articles, and a few "deep thought" post.
